Tony Twist is the undisputed heavyweight king of enforcers in the NHL. He is 6"2 and 250 pounds of solid muscle. Few opponents are willing to "Drop the Gloves" with the TWISTER these days, his reputation alone is usually enough to deter even the most obnoxious goons in the league. He may not be a prolific goal scorer, but he adds his own special contributions to the St. Louis Blues. Off the ice Tony is involved in many different chairitable organizations such as: The Gateway Locomotives - which is a hockey team for developmentally disabled children ages 2-20. The Head First Foundation - which promotes safety gear for children, especially helmets. And The Kilo Diabates & Vascular Research Foundation, just to name a few. Anthony Rory Twist was born on May 10, 1969. He married Jocelyn Bernadette on July 21, 1989 and they have two children: Christian (6) and Brittany (10). Twist resides in Creve Coeur, Missouri during the season and B.C Canada during the off season. When not on the ice Tony is an avid Harley man. He has 2 "Hogs" and enjoys taking long rides in his free time. Tony also has his own television show which airs during the last half of the regular season and continues into the playoffs. "The Tony Twist Show" is on Fox channel 2 and hosted by sports anchor Pete Peterson. This will be the second season for the show which features Tony and his teamates, plus the various aspects of Hockey, The NHL, and life as a player. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

Christpher Aaron Michael Pronger is the youngest player to be named captin in Blues history. Chris was a runner up for the Norris Trophy last year and led the league in +/- with a +47. This season "Prongs" is leading the league in average minutes played per game. Not much is known about the personal side of this soft spoken giant. Chris stands 6"6 and weighs 225. He says he enjoys country music and fishing. He hails from Dryden Ontario Canada and has one older brother Sean who is also in the NHL (currently playing for the L.A Kings). | |||||||||||||||||||||||
